Mandarin Oriental Savoy, Zurich

I've been to many hotels in my life but this one is really something special. I had absolutely amazing suit with large room and big bathroom as well. I had underfloor heating in bathroom, usb-c, wireless chargers on nightstands. Location is really the best and personal is amazing. And additional thank you for included minibar, which was really big I haven't tried even a half BUT the fact that you don't need to worry about the water is amazing.

Loved the reception and concierge staff .Very helpful in every way. The room service was excellent. doorman was so kind .Overall staff is very well trained.

One of the best MOs that I have seen. Rooms are nice and spacious, breakfast is good and staff is soooo welcoming. Next time I am coming to Zurich I’ll definitely stay in MO!
